  17. Dear Colleague,

  19. As part of the continued initiative aimed at creating a consensus
  20. glossary of temporal database concepts and terms, YOU ARE INVITED TO
  21. PROPOSE NEW TERMS AND CONCEPTS that may be added to the current set of
  22. definitions. Comments (including modifications) on existing
  23. definitions are also welcome. All material should be submitted to the
  24. mailing list tsql@cs.arizona.edu.

  26.          THE DEADLINE FOR FINAL SUBMISSIONS IS MAY 1, 1993.

  28. The resulting document will be prepared for the International Workshop
  29. on an Infrastructure for Temporal Databases, in Arlington, TX.
  30.  
  31. An initial glossary was published in the September 1992 issue of the
  32. SIGMOD Record, and status documents were distributed in December 1992
  33. and March 1993. Additional information regarding the status of the
  34. initiative is available by anonymous ftp from cs.arizona.edu, in the
  35. "tsql" directory.
